Lung Ngoc Hoang is a well known name called for one deep, flooded area in Phuong Binh village, Phung Hiep district. The vegetable carpet in Lung Ngoc Hoang brings the natural wild specific because vegetable flooded of each season together with other water animal as snakes, tortoises, crabs, bird, fish…
Beside green of Tram forest Lung Ngoc Hoang also has its sugarcane, rice, bamboo, small bamboo and etc… Lung Ngoc Hoang has been famous for “Run ca” and one of “Vua ran”, frets water fish, anabas, goby, hit, earl, Dinh crab, tortoise, turtle, snake, many kind of the south west of Vietnam.

Besides, many kind of famous birds such as: kite, stork, teal, frog… Special is multiform plant, a abundant animal community with 206 species, interested in with 135 bird species, in which there are many valuable and rare breed: great tit, Giang sen, Da day…
In the near future, this place will become beautiful natural reserved area so that it’s worthy historical monument forest area linking with multiform ecological tourism and natural biology.
The Lung Ngoc Hoang natural reserved area with its area of 2,800 ha Tram forest and some nacre, Keo Tai Tuong has over 400 ha, famous for area with water. Lung Ngoc Hoang is covered by the border area with 9,000 ha wide continuous between natural reserved area with rich agricultural economy.
Project of buffer zone is calling for infrastructure investment by ecological tourism, including building of clean water supply system, holiday resort, traffic of tourist, villa, restaurant, hotel, sport, entertainment… The specific characteristics for living and production will be mainly served for tourism as bamboo handicrafts, lacquer art, local leaves, bee honey making, traditional songs of the South of Vietnam…
